Just like every year during the Christmas holidays, Tikulu returns to the bustling atmosphere of Port-Louis to visit his cousin Gromarto. Between meeting new friends, exploring the streets of the capital, and making unexpected discoveries, the days quickly take a mysterious turn when the children learn that a strange secret surrounds La Citadelle. Accompanied by the mischievous Kasskott and the sly Zacodansé, they embark on a thrilling adventure blending mystery, friendship, and courage, with a single goal: to foil the plans of the famous thief Pic Pac.
