How to order?

You can order online on Le Rendez Vous at any time, 24/7. Place your order in just six steps:

  1. Choose the desired items, specifying the color, size or any other option available on lerendezvous.mu.

  2. Specify the quantity of the items.

  3. Enter your delivery address. Deliveries are made only in Mauritius; no international deliveries are available. 

  4. Select your preferred payment option.

  5. Make the payment via our secure server.

  6. As soon as the payment is confirmed, your order is definitively registered: a contract is then concluded between you and Le Rendez Vous.

How do I know if a product is available?

Product availability depends on stock held by Le Rendez-Vous or supplied by our trusted suppliers. The current stock status is displayed on each specific product page and may change several times a day as sales are processed.

How to know if my order has been confirmed?

Once you confirm your order and make payment via our secure server, you will quickly receive an order confirmation email from us. This email serves as your official receipt and contains:

  • The order number and date, so you can check your purchase.
  • A comprehensive list of the items you have ordered, including quantities, product details, and prices.
  • The payment method used and the total amount billed.

Please note that the delivery of your purchases will be made within two (2) working days from the validation of the order.  

What payment methods are accepted?

Le Rendez-Vous allows you to pay online by: Debit card, Visa, MasterCard or Juice.

Can I exchange an item?

For any exchanges, we kindly ask you to visit one of our stores in person.

Returns are considered as exchanges. Products cannot be refunded or returned. However, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 10 days from the date your order was confirmed to return your items.
Please note that the items whose labels have been removed are not eligible for exchange and will be refused.
Items must be in good condition to be eligible for exchange.

I propose local creations and would like to join the Rendez-Vous. How do I proceed?

If you would like to become part of this wonderful local community, please fill out the form on our Contact page. Fill in the required information and click submit. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss a potential collaboration.

How do I find my clothing size?

Veuillez noter que la taille des produits peut être spécifique à la marque. Pour trouver la taille la mieux adaptée, veuillez vous référer à celle mentionnée sur chaque page de produit.

Where can I find my shopping cart?

Your shopping cart appears in the upper right corner of our home page. Simply click on the shopping cart icon and you will be directed to a detailed summary including all the items you have selected as well as options to review or modify your selections before ordering.

How do I add products to my shopping cart?

Click on any item you would like to order – you will be directed to its dedicated product page, where you can choose your size, color and quantity or click on the shop icon in the lower right corner of a product preview. After making your selections, press "Add to cart". You can then either proceed with the order by following the steps on the screen or simply continue browsing the website. Your shopping cart is always accessible via the top banner, so you can view or modify it at any time.
