Stock Availability

Le Rendez-Vous company, which operates the Le Rendez-Vous website, undertakes to honor orders received only within the limits of available stocks of products or within the limits of stocks available from its suppliers. In the event of unavailability of the Product(s), Le Rendez-Vous Ltee undertakes to inform the Customer as soon as possible. The company reserves the right to modify the product assortment, according to the constraints imposed by its suppliers.

Availability may vary on the same day depending on sales levels. Le Rendez-Vous frequently updates stock availability. In the event of product unavailability, Le Rendez-Vous will notify the Customer by telephone or e-mail.

The unavailability of a product is indicated on the product page concerned.

Le Rendez-Vous Ltee cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product, force majeure or disruption.

Prices

All product prices on the site are displayed in Mauritian rupees (MUR) and include the applicable value-added tax (VAT) at the rate in effect on the date your order is confirmed. These prices are guaranteed only when your order is finalized.

Because our suppliers’ pricing may fluctuate, prices shown on the website may change at any time – even before your order is confirmed. Delivery costs and any promotions are shown separately and are not included in the item price but are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

If a change in the VAT rate or any new tax, levy, or environmental fee takes effect, the prices on the site will be automatically updated to reflect the new charges as of the official implementation date. However, once your order is submitted and accepted, the price of the items cannot be altered.
