Return & Exchange Policy

At Le Rendez-Vous, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase, we will do everything we can to make it right.

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to return any items.

Returns are deemed exchanges. We do not exchange any items for monetary compensation.

Please note, items with tags removed are not eligible for return and will be refused. Returns must include all original labels and packaging; items lacking these cannot be refunded and will be returned to you at your expense.

Items must be in good condition, otherwise, return won’t be accepted.

Once we collect your returned package and inspect its contents, we will promptly notify you to confirm whether your return has been approved.
